Represented the Alberta Cricket Association, the provincial governing body for cricket in Alberta, in setting aside sports arbitration awards pursuant to Ontario's Arbitration Act, 1991 and subsequently in a protracted arbitration concerning which organization should be the provincial governing body in Alberta.
