Judith is a dedicated advocate who advises a diverse range of clients.
Judith is developing a broad litigation practice and has a client-focused approach to resolving complex legal issues. Advising and acting for individuals, institutions and companies, she has worked on a wide-range of civil and commercial matters, as well as proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.
Prior to joining Tyr LLP in January 2020, Judith carried on a general commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and financial services practice at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. She was also seconded to the Canadian Civil Liberties Association.
In addition to her trial practice, Judith is an accomplished cellist and founded Axis Music, a charitable organization that offers tuition-free music programming for children and youth living in Toronto Community Housing in Scarborough.
