Represented Crystallex International in proceedings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to recognize and enforce a US$1.2 billion arbitration award against Venezuela following its nationalization of one of the largest undeveloped gold deposits in the world, the Las Cristinas gold deposits located in southeastern Venezuela.
