Represented Rogers Communications Inc. in opposing an urgent injunction attempting to prevent Rogers from broadcasting any Major League Baseball game involving the Cleveland baseball team during the American League Championship Series between the Toronto Blue Jays and Cleveland. Subsequently represented Rogers in respect of the human rights complaint filed about the former Cleveland team name and logo.
