Erika is an articling student at Tyr LLP with a strong foundation in civil and commercial litigation, developed during her time as a Colombian lawyer as well as a law clerk at Tyr. With a law degree from the National University of Colombia, Erika offers a cross-border perspective on legal issues.
Prior to joining Tyr LLP, Erika served as in-house legal counsel for leading Colombian companies, where she gained extensive experience in complex legal frameworks and contract management. Erika completed two specialization degrees in corporate and business law, followed by a Paralegal Education Diploma—all with the goal of becoming a dual-licensed lawyer.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Erika combines local and international legal experience with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. She is focused on providing thoughtful, results-driven support to litigation teams.
