Maneli is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Tyr LLP. She oversees all aspects of the firm's operations and works closely with clients, lawyers and business professionals to shape strategic initiatives focused on providing excellent client service, while maximizing efficiency and innovation.
Prior to joining Tyr, Maneli served as a key member of the management team at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP where she led the professional development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives firm-wide. Her role involved working with the firm's leadership on performance management, talent development and retention strategies.
Prior to joining Davies, Maneli practised as a Partner in the Business Law Group of a leading national law firm where she advised clients on a broad range of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations and complex commercial agreements.
