Nick is developing a broad advocacy practice with emphasis on intellectual property litigation.

Nick Morrow is an Associate at Tyr LLP. Prior to joining Tyr, Nick was a litigation associate at Blake, Cassels, & Graydon LLP in Toronto. Nick focuses on intellectual property litigation.

Nick obtained his J.D. from Queen's University Faculty of Law, where he was very involved in the mooting program, both competing and placing in the 2022 Laskin Moot, as well as an LGBTQ+ focused moot.

While at law school, Nick gained considerable experience in advocacy work through the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic. In this role, Nick regularly represented federally incarcerated inmates in front of administrative tribunals, assisted with interventions before the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of the Clinic, and assisted inmates on various matters before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.
