Nima is a summer student at Tyr LLP with a keen interest in litigation and creative advocacy.
Nima is currently pursuing his J.D. at the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto. During his first two years of law school, Nima volunteered at Downtown Legal Services, where he assisted clients in the Refugee and Immigration division in matters before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals. He is also an Associate Editor for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review.
Before law school, Nima completed his B.A. at the University of Toronto in political science. In addition to his studies, he conducted extensive research on municipal policy, urban inequality, and housing-related issues.
Outside of the classroom, Nima competes with the Varsity Cross Country and Track and Field teams.
